Should I carry my credit/debit card while collecting my tickets?
When and from where can I collect my tickets?
Ticket pick-up location and timing will be announced, closer to the event, in the Customer Update section of our website, located in the upper right hand corner. Please check that regularly.
I have booked tickets for someone using my credit/debit card, what will be the procedure to collect the tickets?
The following steps are to be followed:
An authorization letter with the name of the representative, signed by the card holder/bank account owner
A Govt issued photo ID of the representative, along with a clean and legible photocopy of the same photo identification
Please note, absence of any one of the documents above can result in the tickets being refused at the ticket pickup window
